Michael (Mike) Noble, CPP, PSP
Director, Consulting & Client Services, Paragon Security
Mike has served the security industry for 25 years, eight of those with Paragon Security. His working background prior to Paragon’s Consulting team was in security operations and management, including twelve years with a multinational insurance and financial corporation. Here he directed departments responsible for commercial property security, corporate security, crisis management, executive protection and investigative services.
Mike specializes in Threat Risk Assessments, Security Program Reviews, Master Security Planning, Crisis Management Planning, Security Management, and Education.
He is board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (security management) and a Physical Security Professional (technical knowledge) through ASIS International, the leading organization for security professionals. He is also trained in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Levels 1 & 2.
David (Dave) Solis
Manager, Consulting & Client Services, Paragon Security
Dave joined Paragon in 2006 and brings a wide range of skills to his position. Some of his previous roles include Airport Anti-Narcotics Platoon Leader, Retail Security Director overseeing multiple properties, and Security Instructor with Paragon. Dave also holds a diploma in Architecture and Interior Design Technology and held management roles with prominent construction firms.
Dave’s focus within Paragon’s Consulting team includes Education, Seminar Design & Delivery, Threat Risk Assessments, and Security Management.
He is a Certified Protection Officer (CPO) with the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). He is also a certified Monadnock Defensive Tactics System (MDTS) Instructor, and a certified Standard First Aid and CPR Instructor. He has completed Level 1 Training in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
