This event will have the panelists speak about their firm experience. Deborah Glatter will speak more generally about considerations related to anxiety, technology that enables easy interaction, office space that supports that as well.
The topics will be covered are:
- how the remote working environment has impacted your policies related to continued accommodation for work from home, performance management programs, dress codes
- changes you will make or are thinking about making
- considerations related to those changes
- what kind of change management challenges you have/are experiencing and what actions you are taking to help the change be successful
