NOTE: THIS EVENT WILL BE A WEBINAR ONLY.
In this session, we will outline how to develop and train an internal team to handle emergencies and crisis situations as they are unfolding. This session will outline who should make up your internal team, emergency communication during the event, how to gather and break down information as the event is unfolding and finally deciding the action plan to take. This session will also include tips on creating a table top exercise for your crisis team.
Rui will be adding advice on coping with our current COVID-19 situation as it is currently unfolding by applying the strategies he teaches for any emergency situation.
