Hands-on LinkedIn for Law Firms
Description
Just about everyone has a LinkedIn profile, but is it giving a better connection with prospects, clients, candidates, and your younger colleagues? Or have you used a set-and-forget strategy and it appears that you have been forgotten - except by people you don't care about?
In this fast-paced session, you will learn:
- How to improve the LinkedIn profile so that you can be found
- Broadcast and content strategy: using LinkedIn to demonstrate capability and expertise
- Exploring the question of network size (Hint: bigger is not always better.)
- Five minutes a day: Monitoring the social conversation for business development and better client relationships.
- From passive to proactive: activities that pay off - and a few that never will.
The session will also include a "hot seat" live feedback of volunteer LinkedIn profiles.
Laptops optional: If you know the basics of LinkedIn, then bring your laptop, follow along, and "execute" the ideas during the workshop. If you are relatively new to LinkedIn, you may prefer to observe the presentation, take notes, and execute later.
