This session provides a practical overview of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), aimed at making Ontario accessible for people with disabilities. We will discuss the origin and purpose of the AODA, explain how the AODA interacts with other Canadian and Ontario legislation, outline training requirements for organizations, and review website accessibility standards.
Attendees will gain practical tips for compliance and a better understanding of their obligations under the law. Useful resources and tools will be provided to help you stay compliant and support your accessibility initiatives.

If you register and are unable to attend the webinar, you have two options:
- Send another TLOMA member from your firm at no additional cost.
- Send a non-member for a fee of $84.75 ($75.00 + HST).
Payment for substitutions must be provided to TLOMA before the event. Any cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
