2014 Compensation & Benefits Survey - LAUNCH meeting
Description
As many of you are aware, in partnership with AonHewitt your TLOMA Compensation Committee formally gathers information from our members on compensation trends relating to our industry each year. This process commences in early spring and the results are issued in early September. While we survey compensation data annually, we also gather benefits data every three years. 2015 will be the next Benefits survey year.
Last year, we launched a new survey methodology that implemented best practices and consistency with general industry compensation surveys. The new methodology uses job families and career levels descriptions instead of benchmark job descriptions. While not all career levels may apply in all firms, the methodology typifies traditional career progressions within an organization. Also, firms that do not currently have grading/evaluation systems can use this methodology to assist them in managing the internal equity of their pay.
We were very pleased with the results from 2013 as we were able to match 70 more jobs that were previously not available.
We want to ensure that you are provided with the information and training necessary to complete the survey and subsequently get the most value from its results, accordingly, we strongly encourage you to attend the following launch presentation and one of the training sessions outlined below.
