As we approach the fall compensation planning season, it's time to review the TLOMA Cash Compensation results to assess the market competitiveness of your pay levels.
To support you in this process, your TLOMA Compensation Committee has been working diligently with our survey partner, Normandin Beaudry, to develop and deliver TLOMA’s annual Compensation Surveys, which will be published on September 10, 2026.
If your firm has participated in the TLOMA 2026 Associate (TAC) and/or Business Services (TBS) surveys, we are pleased to invite you to attend the results meeting, scheduled for September 10, 2026.
The results meeting will feature insights from Normandin Beaudry experts and will cover the following topics:
