Yijia Liu, Compensation, Talent and Culture, Associate Consultant contributes to compensation and pay equity mandates by providing analytical and project management support for clients across a range of industries and ownership structures.

Yijia contributes to a variety of mandates by providing analytical support and helping organizations assess and strengthen their compensation practices to support compliance, internal equity, and sound decision-making.

Yijia holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Statistics and Industrial Relations and Human Resources, from the University of Toronto. Her combined background in human resources and quantitative analysis enables her to approach compensation issues with both rigor and practicality.

As a key project team member, Yijia supports competitive compensation benchmarking mandates, job architecture, pay equity, job evaluation, and salary structure development. Prior to joining Normandin Beaudry, Yijia worked in recruitment, HR administration, and data analysis in both corporate and advisory firms. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work and is committed to helping organizations build fair, compliant, and effective compensation frameworks.
