Anna Paula de Oliveira, Associate Consultant in our Compensation, Talent and Culture practice, will provide analytical support that will contribute to the project’s overall direction and decision‑making.

Anna joined Normandin Beaudry in 2025 and holds a specialization in business management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UNISC – Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul (Brazil).

Anna demonstrates great attention to detail and consistently applies the standards of excellence supported by Normandin Beaudry. Prior to joining Normandin Beaudry, her professional experience focused mainly on managing surveys, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing insightful reports, bringing insights gained from international experience. As an analyst, her contribution to compensation projects includes benchmarking, job evaluation, job architecture, salary structure development and pay equity compliance projects.
