Building Resiliency in Your Life
Managing work and a personal life during busy, chaotic and uncertain times is a common challenge faced by many people. Learning how to move from knee-jerk reactions to resilient solution-focused outcomes is the key to success. In this workshop, participants will learn sophisticated thinking skills to help them bounce back quickly in the face of the pressures and adversities encountered in day-to-day life. , Marjorie Shore owns and operates The Coaching Clinic with her partner Jerome Shore. She is a registered psychotherapist with many years of hands on corporate coaching experience. As a corporate trainer at The Coaching Clinic, Marjorie specializes in coaching people on how to thrive in stressful environments. She has worked extensively with executive clients from some of Canada's largest corporations and governmental agencies.
Following completion of an M.S.W., Marjorie continued training in Family Therapy and Systems. Marjorie is a member of the Work and Wellness Advisory Board at Centennial College and has appeared in the media as an expert commentator.
