Law Society Practice Review
Description
Kerry A. Boniface , Counsel and Assistant Manager, Practice Review will provide the participants an overview of the Practice Management Review process by the Law Society of Upper Canada. The session will be of interest too small to medium sized firms that may or may not have been through a review. The discussion will touch on such topics as “ Know your Client Rules”, general discussion of good practice management procedures for conflict checking and a general discussion about the common problems discovered during the practice review. This session will be interactive and members are encouraged to participate in the question and answer session.
