| The meeting will be a round table discussion looking at all aspects of the billing cycle. This meeting will be interactive and hopefully we will have input from all participants. The discussion will include the following:
- Docketing – best practice , policies and procedures. How do you get lawyers to docket in a timely manner?
- Centralized vs. Decentralized billing what is the norm.
- E-Billing – do’s and don’ts , things to consider.
- How to make the process less paper intensive , scanning
- Accounts Receivable collection policies.
