Karen MacKay, MBA, CHRP is no stranger to TLOMA and is a Life Member and Past President (1995/96). In 2002 she founded Phoenix Legal, Inc. a consultancy that provides strategic advice to law firms across North America; and in 2010 she co-founded LawFirmKPI, Inc. along with Stephen Mabey of Applied Strategies Inc. in Halifax.
The LawFirmKPI, Inc is a launching its first survey in 2011 designed to provide small and mid-sized law firms in Canada with meaningful financial information – the first of its kind in this Country.
