Facilities SIG - How to Determine your Office Services Staffing Needs

Description

How do you know if the number of Office Services staff in your firm is enough? Are your numbers alright for the normal days, but not enough for the peaks that throw everything into chaos? Are you only able to give a minimal level of service?

Our speaker, Mark Rodell, has been in the business of figuring out staffing needs since 1990. During this time he has worked in the document and outsources services management industry. His focus has primarily been on the legal community. Mark and his team have developed tools to assist firms in determining the proper staffing levels.

Mark will share with us the main drivers that can help us make the correct staffing level decisions. He will navigate us through the maze of questions we all face when trying to determine the perfect balance between great service and the right number of staff.
