Law Clerk Real Estate
Sullivan Festeryga LLP is presently recruiting for a Law Clerk with a background in residential real estate.
- Experience and proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and PCLaw
- Managing residential purchase, sale and mortgage files from opening to closing report
- Preparing and filing estate probate applications
- Assisting in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney
- Maintaining and updating corporate minute books, resolutions and various filings using online software
We offer group benefits and a salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience.
