Office Manager – Toronto Office
SBA Lawyers LLP is a boutique Insurance Defence firm looking for a dynamic business manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the legal industry. The role will oversee all facets of People and Culture, Payroll and Benefits and play an integral role working with the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer to help guide the direction of the firm.
Culture is an integral part of our firm, we are looking for someone who can fit in with a highly collegial team, promote and advance the culture and someone who is organized, enthusiastic and committed to excellence, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for all management activities within the firm, including, but not limited to:
- HR, including coaching and training
- Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Payroll and Benefits
- Strategic planning and team development
- Managing internal firm events and culture initiatives
- Overseeing Operations and Facilities
- Other duties as assigned
