Administrative Manager
Mitchell, Bardyn & Zalucky LLP is an established and busy full-service firm in Toronto's west end, conveniently located on the subway line. We are seeking a highly organized and results driven Office Manager /Administrative Manager with relevant law firm experience, a strong presence and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Experience working in the legal industry is required to be able to competently handle the following tasks and then some:
- managing and motivating people,
- obtaining estimates and negotiating administrative contracts,
- coordinating purchase, deployment and maintenance of office furniture and equipment,
- liaison with I.T. , financial and property management consultants
- planning and organizing day to day firm administrative and operating tasks,
- managing administrative staff,
- developing and implementing policies,
- monitoring and improving productivity,
