Senior Corporate/Commercial Clerk/Assistant

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Corporate/Commercial Clerk/Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare articles of incorporation, amendments, and amalgamations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate minute books, including extra-provincial registrations and preparation of annual resolutions/returns.
- Conduct due diligence corporate searches and manage the registration of business names.
- Assist with asset and share purchase transactions, rollover transactions, secured financings, and corporate reorganizations.
- Coordinate and manage multiple files independently while ensuring timely and precise completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate/commercial clerk duties, with a strong understanding of corporate governance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in using legal software and tools necessary for corporate and commercial clerk responsibilities.
