Administrative Assistant – Condominium Liens, Condominium Law Group (1+ years experience)
SHIBLEY RIGHTON LLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our busy Condominium Lien Department. Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment is a must. This is a full time position, in office, located in downtown Toronto.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
- Detail oriented
- Pleasant and professional disposition as considerable contact with clients and unit owners
- File management including opening new files
- Teraview searches and registering lien discharges
- Receiving and sending payments
- Drafting statements of arrears and updating in the system
- Printing and packaging of Form 14’s and Certificate on Lien Notices
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Team player
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Takes initiative
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately and effectively
- Strong computer skills- Teraview, WORD, iManage, Outlook, Excel
