Commercial Leasing Legal Assistant
We are a mid-sized boutique downtown Toronto law firm and are seeking a Legal Assistant to work in our commercial leasing group.
Performing administrative duties including:
o Word processing, filing, organizing files, entering dockets, billing and scheduling.
o Assist in the drafting and preparation of legal documents and correspondence
o Provide general administrative support to lawyers and law clerks within the commercial leasing group
A minimum of 3 years’ work experience preferably in commercial leasing or real estate or corporate practice areas
• Ability to adapt to a variable work load
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with PC Law, Workshare, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
