Titi is the Human Resources & Operations Manager at Mills & Mills LLP.  In her current position, Titi directly manages her team and supervises the staff members at the firm.  Titi manages all the human resources duties as well as key operational matters, including management of IT for the firm.  She sits on the management team and the HR committee at the firm.  She works closely with the Partners in creating policies, procedures and introducing new software into the firm. 

Titi has over 10 years of experience in senior and managerial positions at several other law firms.  She has her B.A. in Public Policy and Management and her Law Clerk’s Diploma.  She is currently completing the Human Resources and Management certificate at the University of Toronto.
