Stephen is a business process expert with over twenty-five years of experience in consulting for law firms with a focus on organizational transformation, technology innovation and information governance.  Stephen gained his experience both on the service provider and law firm sides including as the Vice President over the legal business unit at a leading service provider, a technology specialist at an AmLaw 50 firm, and a Regional Vice President at IproTech.

Most recently, he has consulted on the implementation of Information Governance programs, including implementation of policy, aligning user behavior with technology systems, addressing legacy information assets regardless of format or location, and putting a defensible go-forward program in place.
