Simone MacIsaac  is Human Resources Manager at Torkin Manes.  She has held management roles within the legal industry for more than 15 years.  She has worked with both large and mid-sized firms, contributing to strategic and operational success.

As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with specialization in training and development, Simone works with all levels within the firm, providing advice and support.  Within her role, she  is responsible for large scale projects and programs, which includes compensation and budget analysis.  She is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and graduate of Ryerson University.

Simone is thrilled to join the TLOMA Compensation Survey Committee.  In past years she has participated in a variety of TLOMA committees/programs, which include Board of Directors (Secretary), Website Committee and Mentoring Program lead.
