Samantha Scimmi is the C.O.O. at Loopstra Nixon LLP. Joining the firm in 2015 as the HR Manager, she is now responsible for leading strategy implementation that fuels the firm's growth and development. Samantha’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations across various departments, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and client service.

Beyond operational excellence, she is committed to cultivating a collaborative environment where talent thrives and promoting professional growth aligned with the firm’s core values.

Prior to her tenure at Loopstra Nixon, Samantha spent 10 years in the funeral industry, during which time she also co-founded and managed a not-for-profit volunteer centre.  She has served on boards of directors and planning committees for non-profit and charitable organizations.
