As Chief Operating Officer of Collins Barrow Toronto and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, Rhonda oversees the practice’s management, operations and business development initiatives and has been instrumental in the implementation of the Firm’s governance, succession and compensation plans. She shares insights from her management experience with law firm clients to help enhance their operations and achieve their organizational objectives. An assurance partner, Rhonda’s practice is devoted to providing integrated assurance, consulting and tax advice to private company entrepreneurial clients. Working with multi-national private corporations, Rhonda’s industry experience includes professional services, manufacturing and construction, among others. Rhonda is a graduate of Brock University, and a CPA,CA, having earned her designation in 1993. That same year, she joined Collins Barrow, and was made a partner in 2001. Rhonda completed the Harvard Business School Executive Professional Services program in 2012. In addition to past board memberships of various not-for-profit organizations, Rhonda is currently on the board of governors for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario. She also acts in an advisory capacity to several other local organizations.
