Rand Bilal is the Human Resources & Operations Manager at Mills & Mills LLP.  In her current position, she directly manages her team and supervises the staff members at the firm.  Rand manages all human resources duties as well as operational duties, including IT matters. She sits on the management team at the firm.  She works with the Partners to create policies, procedures and introduce new software to the firm.

Rand obtained her Paralegal and Business Administration Diplomas with Honours from Sheridan College and has over 8 years of experience in the legal industry.
