Raili has 28 years of law firm leadership and Human Resources experience and is the Director of Administration at Robins Appleby LLP.  Prior to that she managed 6 branches of the store-front firm of Jane Harvey Associates.  Raili has been responsible for both associate and staff compensation and benefits, as well as managing operational and support services for the firm.

An active member of TLOMA since 1993, Raili served on the Nominating Committee in 2007 and is now looking forward to doing more volunteering herself.  Outside the office, Raili enjoys giving back to the community through being a team manger for both hockey and football.
