In her capacity as the Business Operations Manager at Black Sutherland LLP, Nicole champions the firm's operational excellence by implementing streamlined procedures to enhance workflow efficiency. Her multifaceted role encompasses providing senior management support, fostering a collaborative hybrid work environment, overseeing the firm's social media presence, and driving positive transformations in recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. Nicole actively contributes to the firm's event planning, policy refinement, and project alignment efforts to ensure compliance and overall success.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nicole is an enthusiastic volunteer, most recently serving on the TLOMA Task Force committee and previously contributing to The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario – Continuing Legal Education committee. During her leisure time, she finds joy in exploring new travel destinations, creating cherished memories with her partner and their adorable dog Colton, and actively pursuing continuous learning opportunities.
