As an Executive Strategist with over 25 years of experience in technical account management, project design, and IT consulting, Neil is a crucial contributor to our company's continuous success, driving forward our growth and innovation initiatives. With a love of numbers and complex problem solving, Neil holds a Bachelors of Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.

Neil is an expert in translating tech talk into plain English and executes IT strategies for our clients by reviewing and understanding their technology and creating long-term plans and IT budgeting. His expertise includes IT strategy & consulting, business intelligence, innovation management, operational efficiency, and business planning.

On his off days, Neil’s an active member of his community, involved in coaching minor league softball and ringette, and serves on various boards. He has a passion for theatre and outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, canoeing, and family camping.
