As a member of the senior leadership team at Linmac LLP, Maryann is responsible for strategically aligning the firm’s vision and mission with its people and culture objectives. She oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function, bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to leadership and decision-making.

Maryann is a certified CHRL and PCP with more than 17 years of experience in the People and Culture space. She recently returned to the legal profession and was elected as the incoming 2026 Human Resources SIG Leader for The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA). A long-standing contributor to the organization, she previously served on TLOMA’s Compensation Committee. Her depth of experience across all areas of Human Resources uniquely positions her for this leadership role.

Maryann’s core strength lies in her ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top talent through strategic workforce planning, meaningful employee engagement, and professional development. A highly motivated and collaborative leader, she fosters growth, encourages creativity, and supports a strong work ethic. She is deeply committed to advancing the HR profession within the legal industry and to sharing knowledge and best practices across the broader legal HR community.

In her spare time, Maryann enjoys playing soccer, circuit style fitness training, hiking the outdoors, a good book, a glass of wine, and being able to discover the world by travelling with her young family.
