Inward works with companies to tackle employee leadership, role transitions, performance and wellbeing. Lucy is on a mission to create a world where coaching is accessible to everyone, not just those at the top.

Lucy is an Executive Coach and Registered Psychotherapist. She studied Organizational Leadership and Behaviour at some of the world's top business schools and received her Master’s in Counselling Psychology. She works with founders, fortune 500 companies, the government, and global organizations to help individuals excel, overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing.
