Leyland Permaul was born in Georgetown, Guyana and immigrated to Toronto in the early 70's with his parents and two sisters. At a young age, Leyland developed a passion for martial arts. He spent a lot of time in his youth training in various forms of the arts. As a result, discipline, confidence, quick thinking and physical strength are some of the life skills attained.

Growing up in Toronto, Leyland began working in the moving industry during his school years. Upon learning the technique's and principles of moving, Leyland began training to install and repair modular furniture and associated items. He moved through the ranks quickly from lead hand to supervisor to planner to project manager and eventually to business owner and operator.

Together with his wife Suzana they combined their talents to create Sueland Moving & Storage.

Additionally, Leyland developed and managed a moving handyman service tailored to a prominent office tower in Toronto for twenty years. Conveniently, Sueland has been centrally located in Toronto for over eleven years, and is a family owned and operated business. The Mom and Pop Shop for all moving, storage and transportation services. Sueland constantly strives to provide efficient and economical moving and storage solutions.
