Kirsti is the Managing Partner of Mathers McHenry & Co. In that role, she is responsible for strategic leadership, human resources, finance, and technology at the firm. She has 20 years of experience working in diverse legal environments and has developed expertise in management, strategy, organization development, and evaluation.

Kirsti has significant experience pricing and modelling the delivery of legal services, as well as setting salary bands and developing high functioning interdisciplinary legal teams. In her current role she leads performance management, compensation, and benefits work. Her past work at organizations funding the delivery of legal aid and pro bono services has provided her with a strong understanding of organizational development and talent management.
