Karen joined the TLOMA Administrative staff as the Administrative Assistant in September, 2014. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to assist the Executive Director in furthering the Association's mission and goals by providing a wide range of administrative, website and clerical functions to help the Association run effectively and efficiently.
Karen was previously employed as an Office Manager and Manager, Human Resources for over 20 years engaged as an active member of TLOMA having served on the Conference Committee in 2003-2004 and 1990-1991, as the Communications Coordinator on the Executive Committee 1992-1995, on the Compensation & Benefits Committee from 1997-2003 and the Nominating Committee 2008-2009.
