Karen became the Director of Administration effective January 1, 2024.  Karen is primarily responsible for directing the overall daily office administration of the Association including office management, human resources, and administrative staff. She will work with the Board of Directors to develop and administer both short and long-term strategic plans in accordance with Association goals and objectives. 

Karen joined the TLOMA Administrative staff as the Administrative Assistant in 2014.  Karen was previously employed as an Office Manager and Manager, Human Resources for over 20 years engaged as an active member of TLOMA having served on the Conference Committee in 2003-2004 and 1990-1991, as the Communications Coordinator on the Executive Committee 1992-1995, on the Compensation & Benefits Committee from 1997-2003 and the Nominating Committee 2008-2009.
