Julie is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at McCarthy Tétrault and is an ICF Accredited Coach and a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).

In her current role, Julie is responsible for the implementation and administration of all Human Resources programs and initiatives in the Toronto office, in addition to leading the Talent Acquisition function nationally for the Services team. 

She has over 20 years of Human Resources Leadership experience including business transformation and change management in automotive manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services.  In addition, Julie has extensive experience building high performing teams across a broad range of work environments, varying business demands and diverse skillsets. 

Julie enjoys working with business leaders to understand their strategy and then designing and implementing programs and processes to meet their goals.
