Josephine joined the legal industry close to 40 years ago.  She began her career as a legal assistant at Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP and is now the Managing Director. 

Willms & Shier practices exclusively in the areas of environment, aboriginal and energy law. During this time, Josephine continued her studies at Ryerson in Legal Administration and Human Resources. 

Josephine joined TLOMA in 1985.  She values and respects her peers and their expertise. 

Josephine has been involved in TLOMA’s Compensation & Benefits Committee, Nominating Committee and Website Committee.
