Mr. Peretz started his career with CBRE as an office leasing agent. He focused on landlord and tenant representation in the Downtown Toronto office market where he listed and leased over 4.5 million square feet of office space.

In September of 2014, Jonathan was promoted to Vice President and shifted into the management team in Vancouver. Appointed as the Sales Manager of CBRE’s Vancouver Office, a market of more than 250 million square feet of commercial real estate space, he supported over 65 brokers in BC and helped grow market share.

Jonathan returned to Toronto in January 2017 as Vice President, Managing Director of the Downtown Toronto branch of CBRE. Less than two years later, Jonathan was promoted again to Senior Vice President, Managing Director. In this role, Jonathan’s responsibilities, in partnership with Jonathan Ramscar, include revenue growth, training and development, and preservation of the incredible culture he embodies.
