Jeremy is a Tax Partner in BDO's Toronto office, with more than 15 years of experience providing tax services to private companies and the families that own them. As the tax leader of BDO's Professional Services Industry Group, he also specializes in advising law firms and their partners.

Jeremy's experience includes assisting clients with purchases and sales of businesses, estate and post-mortem planning, tax-efficient corporate structuring, and family trust planning. He has also worked extensively on his clients' behalf to successfully resolve tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Jeremy is a past group study leader for the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, and presents regularly on various partnership and private company tax issues.
