Jennie is currently a Senior Talent Advisor at Smart & Biggar. In this role, she works most closely with the Partners and Associates with a focus on building a world class talent experience.

Prior to joining Smart & Biggar five years ago, she worked as a senior HR Business Partner in professional services for over 10 years.  Her HR experience and current portfolio includes leading programs and providing strategic advice to senior leaders in the areas of compensation, performance management, resourcing, coaching, career development and engagement and retention.

Jennie currently leads Smart & Biggar’s compensation market analysis process and has a keen interest in the area of total rewards. She is looking forward to working with the TLOMA Compensation Committee this year.
