Jarmila Pencikova has been the Director of Finance and Controller at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a 480+ lawyer firm in Canada, for the past 12 of her 31 years at the firm. 

She played a major role in the implementation of various financial systems over the past 30 years.  She’s been an active member of the International Legal Technology Association for the past 20 years and frequent speaker at their annual conference. 

Jarmila earned PhD in Mathematics from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic and received her Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant designation in Canada.
