Jan Bailey actually loves speaking in front of people!

With a 25-year career in broadcasting, acting, and adult education, Jan is a highly experienced speaker and facilitator who has designed and delivered hundreds of workshops on public speaking, stage presence, on-camera presentations, and communication.  Jan has extensive on-camera experience as a television host and actor and a strong belief that public speaking can be fun.  Jan delights in creating custom designed, entertaining sessions to meet clients where they are and maximize growth. 

Having worked with speakers on three continents, it never fails to amaze and impress Jan when people embrace the power of speaking and level up their communications skills to expand their personal and professional horizons.  She holds a Master of Adult Education and Training degree and her passion is helping people pave the path to whatever stage calls to them.  Jan currently helps professionals, from sales teams to c-suites, level-up their effectiveness as speakers, ‘connectors’, and leaders.
