Itzel is the Office Manager at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP (HHR), she excels at ensuring the day-to-day operations of the firm run smoothly by combining her legal services industry experience and strong work ethic. Itzel believes that through grit and adaptability professional success can be achieved. This mentality heavily aligns with the ethos of HHR.

In Itzel’s 13 years in the legal services industry, she has driven positive change within organization by implementing procedures to streamline work efficacy. Currently, she is working on minimizing paper usage within HHR through a new file management and paperless policy, anyone who knows the legal industry understands that it is no easy feat!

Itzel truly values continuing education; she currently holds two certificates in Tourism Management and Paralegal Studies and is currently working on obtaining her Human Resources Management certificate at Toronto Metropolitan University.

When she’s not placing orders or driving change, Itzel can be found with her family exploring nature or at home drawing or painting.
