Hillary Bell provides expertise on complicated accounting technical and compliance issues to a variety of public, private, not-for-profit and public sector clients of the firm in her role as Accounting Policy Manager in the National Professional Standards Group. Her focus is on accounting issues under IFRS, ASPE and ASNPO, however she has five years of experience working with public sector entities who report under PSAS.
