Heather Wilson is a Certified Human Resource Leader and obtained her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fleming College and BA from the University of Toronto. Heather is currently the Director of HR and Administration at Oatley Vigmond LLP in Barrie.

Her experience in the field of HR spans 20 years and she has held a range of HR positions in a variety of organizations, most recently in the manufacturing industry working for several global corporations. Heather finds all aspects of the HR field to be both interesting and rewarding, and thrives in the role of mentor, making herself available to up-and-comping HR leaders through her involvement with the Worldwide Women’s Association.

An avid fan of the outdoors, Heather and her husband Ted, along with their 4 children enjoy the numerous aspects of life in the Barrie area that are readily available to be enjoyed.
