Frances Wales (CHRL) is the Director of Human Resources and Marketing at Pallett Valo LLP, a full-service Ontario law firm serving the business community since 1948.  It is the largest law firm in the Peel Region and has been recognized by Canadian Lawyer Magazine as an Ontario Top 10 regional firm since the inception of the award, ranking in the top 5 four times.

Prior to joining Pallett Valo LLP, Frances spent 20 years in the financial, technology and telecommunication sectors in both operational and human resources management.  She is a co-chair of the PV Women’s Network and a member of the firm’s management team.
