As Hamilton + Partners newest Partner, Erica Farrer manages the Toronto Office, as well as, Eastern sales & client relations.

Erica completed her Ivy League degree in Economics from Brown University while participating on both the NCAA Division 1 Women’s Hockey and Golf team. In 2013 she started at Hamilton + Partners, under Kelly Little, specializing in Disability Management as an Account Manager. Erica has continued to grow and develop in the disability space.

Outside of the office you can find Erica always on the move, either on the 1st tee box, skiing, coaching hockey, or participating in any other activity she comes across.
