Returning after a 5-year stint as Executive Managing Director with a large international brokerage company, Doug is back at home at Tactix, where he began his brokerage career in 2000.  After spending time with a "full service" firm that represented both landlords and tenants, Doug determined that a locally owned and managed, conflict-free firm, devoted exclusively to tenant advocacy, was the best platform for ensuring he could achieve the best results for his clients. Doug returns to Tactix as the newest of three principals.

Doug brings to Tactix a wealth of transactional experience as well as legal training from his years of practice as a real estate attorney at one of the region’s premier law firms. Because of his unique skill sets and expertise, Doug has consistently been recognized as one of the top tenant brokers in the region. During his over 15+ year career exclusively dedicated to tenant representation, Doug has represented some of the region’s top law firms and related groups, including multiple leases for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, Post & Schell, Fox Rothschild, and White and Williams.
