Debbie is the HR/Office Manager at Dooley Lucenti LLP since September 2014. She has worked in human resources in the retail industry, property and maintenance industry and manufacturing industry for 10 years combined prior to her start at Dooley Lucenti LLP. Debbie manages the day to day operations at Dooley Lucenti LLP including property maintenance, recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, employee performance and management, liaison with IT provider, process and procedure implementation, budget planning, and firm event planning.
Debbie thrives working in a collaborative team environment, sharing experiences and skills with one another results in improved systems and processes for the firm.
When she isn’t at the office, Debbie enjoys spending her summers at the beach with friends and family and trying new foods and restaurants.
Debbie is excited to be a part of the Conference committee this year.
