Daanish regularly represents clients in various matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including trials and numerous contested motions.

Daanish is a member of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Group. He assists clients with compliance/advisory work and data breach work, in addition to more general civil and commercial litigation work.

Daanish received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and studied transnational law at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London, England. Prior to that, he received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.

Called to the bar in 2015, Daanish is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association.
