Craig is a partner in the firm’s Technical Accounting Consulting (TAC) group, providing dynamic and holistic solutions in response to an organization’s technical accounting and financial reporting needs.  Craig has more than 20 years of experience in providing complex accounting and business advisory services, including a secondment with the Ontario Securities Commission.

Craig has helped his clients through complex accounting and business issues including revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, accounting standard conversions (e.g. between ASPE and IFRS and vice versa), impairments, audit readiness and assisting clients through the capital raising process for private and public offerings. 

A specialist in accounting standards and financial reporting, Craig is actively involved in discussion groups and has participated in industry forums and roundtables on accounting standards development and policy setting.

A graduate of Auckland University, New Zealand, Craig is a CA (Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Institute) and a CPA, CA.
